What grind should I get if I have a Moka Pot?
Our standard grind should be ideal for Moka Pot. If you have a grinder of your own and have a specific grind that you like you can order whole bean coffee and grind the coffee yourself.
How much ground coffee should I use for a cup of coffee?
Our pour over coffee recipe uses 22 grams of ground coffee with 200 grams of water warmed to 197 degrees.
How should I store my coffee?
Always store your coffee in a cool dark place if you can. Our beans typically do not like to be frozen and freezing may impact the flavor profile of your coffee significantly.
How many servings is in one bag of coffee?
All of our coffee is shipped in 340 gram coffee bags. Depending on your personal coffee recipe your 'mileage' may vary.
Why does my coffee taste weak?
There are a couple of reasons your coffee may taste weak. Incorrect dosing is typically the reason for weak coffee. However, adding too much water or other ingredients can also weaken your coffee taste.
Should I use boiling water when brewing coffee?
You should NOT be using boiling water to make your coffee. We recommend anywhere between 175 - 204 degrees depending on the roast and the amount of time you intend to brew your coffee.
